BODY TREATMENTS WITH DANA VRONSKA
Home Spa Body Treatments created by in-house skin therapist Dana Vronska. We asked Dana about body care and if she could share easy to do at home treatments to get a spa feeling and overall calm.

Warming Luxury Treatment For Extra Dry Skin
Products: Skin Brush, Bath Salt, Body Serum, Rescue Cream.
Preparation
Grind Bath Salt in a food mixer to create finer texture.
Mix Salt (3 tbs) with Body Serum to create a slightly runny paste consistency.
Warm up the paste in a Bain Marie (water bath).
Treatment
Dry Skin Brush your body in upward movements (towards the heart).
Apply Scrub paste moving from the bottom of the legs towards the upper body in vigorous circular movements. Concentrate on the drier areas (ankles, knees, elbows).
Rinse the Scrub with the warm water. Dry the skin.
Apply Rescue Cream on the drier areas if needed.
Biweekly Body Treatment
Products: Body Scrub, Body Lotion (of your choice), Body Serum (for extra dry skin).
Treatment
Wet the skin slightly.
Apply Body Scrub in a circular movement.
Rinse the Scrub. Pat dry the skin.
Apply Body Lotion.
Mix Body Lotion with Body Serum for dry, flaky skin.
Post treatment
For an extra luxurious feel, light a candle and have a cup of herbal infused tea.
