Project Manager Marketing

As Project Manager Marketing you will manage and lead the marketing efforts for Swedish beauty brand Björk and Berries. You will join the brand at an exciting time with many launches in the pipeline, growth, and international expansion. This position will be a key role in the continued growth of Björk and Berries.

In this role, you will play an important part within Björk and Berries marketing and our communication initiatives. We are a global company with a start-up mentality - you will plan, execute and have complete ownership of your projects, in close collaboration with Head of Marketing.  

Our marketing initiatives currently include: social media, digital marketing and campaigns, communications and partnerships. You will project lead our different marketing initiatives, manage budgets, and set priorities while working close to the marketing team and external agencies.

You will report directly to Head of Marketing and work close to the E-commerce, sales and creative teams.

Example responsibilities

  • Adhere to the global marketing and communications strategy.
  • Work close with the Head of Marketing, PR & Community manager and creative team to set clear goals, targets and timings, and manage the processes from brief to delivery.
  • Produce content with the marketing team and manage production with external agencies/photographers.
  • Project lead marketing and communication plans and initiatives on annual and seasonal basis, that align with brand/business objectives, and product launch calendar.
  • Support the management of PR agencies and in-house PR management – ensure the brand maximize investments and resources.
  • Co-create digital marketing and social media content, activities and campaigns together with art director and PR & Community manager; emails/newsletters, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc., including copywriting/editing copy as and when needed.
  • Work close to E-com manager to manage E-Com marketing partner: brief on campaigns/digital advertising and other E-com initiatives.
  • Plan campaigns for our own channels and 3rd party online sales, update and create POS materials for B2B partners.
  • Gather, share and utilise insights and analytics from marketing campaigns.
  • Close follow up on marketing budget and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience within marketing within premium brand/lifestyle – ideally internationally.
  • Experience of leading and motivating others.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce and analytics and PR.
  • Understanding of retail – distributors, e-commerce, retail, digital first framework.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • Excellent communicator in Swedish and English.
  • Adaptable, resourceful and forward thinking.
  • Analytical, with experience of tracking and reporting marketing campaigns and performance.

E-commerce manager 

As E-com manager you will be managing all E-commerce for Swedish beauty brand Björk and Berries. You will join the brand at an exciting time of growth and international expansion.

In this role, you will have complete responsibility for Björk and Berries E-commerce sales and digital B2C business development. We are a global company with a start-up mentality - you will work with strategy, execution and have a complete ownership of your projects and team.

As E-com manager, you will set KPIs and budgets based on the expansion plan of Björk and Berries. Together with our internal marketing, sales team and external partners you will lead and prioritise growth activities, site developments, digital marketing and constantly develop the customer journey.

You will report directly to our COO Christoffer. You will also work close with the CEO and marketing team.

  • Set the global E-commerce strategy and budget and work close with E-com partner to optimise spend and ROAs/funnel.
  • Manage and lead the E-com team and set clear goals and targets.
  • Project lead E-com marketing and campaign calendar together with CMO.
  • Initiate and plan all SoMe marketing initiatives together with art director and CMO, such as newsletter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.
  • Manage e-com partners; brief on campaigns, E-com initiatives, and site design/developments etc.
  • Manage strategic partnerships and collaborations for growth.
  • Gather insights and analytics from marketing campaigns.
  • Own E-com budget; determine clear KPIs for team and external partners and follow up on the results.
  • Initiate sales activities and product developments based on data analytics.
  • Continuously adapt marketing and sales plan and take strategic decisions based on data/analytics.
  • Continuously provide insights/analysis to management team.
  • Develop and manage customer journey including CRM and after sales.
  • Continuous product publishing, site administration/assortment, product launches and quality control, specifying requirements and ensuring they are continuously met by e-com partners.
