Shipping

At the moment, our online store ships within the European Union (EU), United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, the USA, Canada and selected countries in Asia. 

If you live elsewhere and wish to purchase our products, please send us an email to customer@bjorkandberries.com. Once your order has been placed, it will be processed within two business days. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Please note that due to dangerous goods regulations we are only able to ship our Eau de Parfums by road service, and cannot be sent via air express. We are therefore unable to ship this product outside of mainland Europe. 

 

Shipping fees

Sweden: 39 SEK
EU countries: 100 SEK
UK, Norway and Switzerland: 100 SEK
USA and Canada: 200 SEK
Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan: 300 SEK

Free delivery on orders over 600 SEK.

UK customers may be subject to additional import charges due to new Brexit jurisdictions - we are working on resolving the matter as quickly as we can.

Norway and Switzerland: 5-8 business days
USA and Canada: 6-8 business days
Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan: 6-15 business days 

Freight company on orders within Sweden: DHL (Service Point)
Freight company on orders abroad: UPS

 

Returns

If you should wish to return a product, first let us know by sending an email to customer@bjorkandberries.com within 14 days following your purchase on our web shop. Wait for a confirmation email from us before shipping the product back to us.

Please note that returns will only be accepted if the products are unused and labels and original packaging are fully intact. Refunds for returned products will be made to the customer upon the return of the product. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded, neither will your expenses for returning the product to us.

If a product is defective due to manufacturing problem or if we have delivered the wrong product, of course you have the right to return the product to us. We will compensate you for your expenses for returning the product to us. We will replace the product to a new product, but if the product is out of stock we repay you the amount. Please note that we don’t refund the original shipping cost.
