Payments

We accept payments by Klarna invoice (within Sweden), PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. The full amount will be charged on the date of shipment. If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Swedish VAT at 25%. Payment fees and shipping costs will be added to your order.

UK customers may be subject to additional import charges due to new Brexit jurisdictions - we are working on resolving the matter as quickly as we can.

Exchanges & returns

If you should wish to return a product, first let us know by sending an email to customer@bjorkandberries.com within 14 days following your purchase on our web shop. Wait for a confirmation email from us before shipping the product back to us.

Please note that returns will only be accepted if the products are unused and labels and original packaging are fully intact. Refunds for returned products will be made to the customer upon the return of the product. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded, neither will your expenses for returning the product to us. 

If a product is defective due to manufacturing problem or if we have delivered the wrong product, of course you have the right to return the product to us. We will compensate you for your expenses for returning the product to us. We will replace the product to a new product, but if the product is out of stock we repay you the amount. Please note that we don’t refund the original shipping cost.

We have done our best to display the products as close to reality as possible at our web shop. However, we can’t guarantee that the colours you see at your screen exactly are as in reality. Differences may depend upon your screen and type of device you use.
