Haircare with Ali Pirzhade
Ali Pirzhade is a frequent guest on B&B LIVE (watch on our Instagram IGTV, @bjorkandberries). He lives in London but has the world as his workplace, he is a fashion and celebrity hairstylist and beauty editor of King Kong Garcon. Ali is a two-time winner of ELLE Magazine Sweden's Hairstylist of the Year Award, and his campaign for Louis Vuitton just came out.
We asked Ali to share his haircare do’s and don'ts.
1. You don´t need to wash your hair every day; it is essential to let it rest. A trick to keep it fresh is to not touch it.
Wet Hair
2. Never comb or brush your hair when it is wet, your hair is at its most sensitive when wet or when you are sleeping.
Scalp Care
3. Use shampoo on your scalp and conditioner in the rest of the hair. If you put conditioner on the scalp, it will make the rest of the hair look heavy and oily. However, a suitable scalp treatment/mask is a must occasionally.
WHAT IT DOES
Aloe Vera and vegetable protein give the hair moisture and shine while protecting it during cleansing. In our shampoo and conditioner, we also use Organic Chamomile Flower Extract. Discover our haircare here.
