Dana, tell us about your relationship with beauty and self-care.
We all want to feel radiant, balanced, and beautiful – naturally. Since beauty emanates from both inside and out, a holistic approach to wellness and radiance is required. Through my work as a skincare therapist and yoga practitioner, I have learned to connect the dots of wellbeing to make it all-encompassing.
Tell us about how you work.
My work combines my two biggest passions – yoga and skincare – which I have learned over many years of study are intimately interwoven. Through yoga, we care for mind and body; through natural skincare, we tend to the outer layer of our being (which is also the largest organ of our body). It is my belief that true wellbeing flourishes when we bring mindful attention to all aspects of ourselves – mind, body, and beauty inclusive. I have dedicated my career to bringing out our inner beauty while supporting ourselves externally through yoga, massage, and natural skincare. The result? An enhanced quality of life inclusive of self-acceptance, radiance, wholeness, and ease.
Your practice is anything but skin deep.
I encourage and inspire my clients to adopt body and skincare practices that are sustainable and can be woven seamlessly and ritually into daily life. It is this long-term approach that leads to lasting results when we look after ourselves each day. The techniques and practices I have learned over the years in skincare, Hatha yoga, and face yoga are highly effective and natural tools that contribute to inner harmony, true beauty, and balance. Since deep and true transformation takes place both internally and externally, it is the combination of these approaches that make the results so effective.
